By contacting Warriors Towing LLC and requesting towing or roadside assistance services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A service request is initiated when you call, text, or otherwise contact us to request service. Dispatch of a tow truck or service vehicle constitutes acceptance of your request.

Warriors Towing LLC reserves the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe conditions, inaccessible locations, or vehicles requiring equipment we do not have available.

Any estimate provided by Warriors Towing LLC is an approximation based on information available at the time of the request. Final charges may differ from initial estimates due to actual mileage, vehicle condition, additional labor, storage fees, or other factors discovered upon arrival.

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Rates may vary based on time of day, day of week, vehicle type, distance, road conditions, and the nature of the service required. You will be informed of the final price before service is rendered whenever practicable.

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. Warriors Towing LLC accepts cash and major credit/debit cards. We reserve the right to require payment before releasing a vehicle.

In the event of non-payment, Warriors Towing LLC may exercise a lien on the vehicle in accordance with applicable Georgia law. You are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees, in the event of a dispute or non-payment.

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized by the owner to request towing or roadside services for the vehicle. You are responsible for disclosing any known conditions that may affect the safe handling of the vehicle, including but not limited to: fluid leaks, structural damage, hazardous materials, inoperable brakes or steering, or non-standard modifications.

Warriors Towing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or conditions that were present before service was rendered. It is your responsibility to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to towing. Warriors Towing LLC is not liable for any personal property left in or on the vehicle.

Towing and roadside assistance involve inherent risks. By requesting our services, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Warriors Towing LLC shall not be liable for damage that is a direct result of the pre-existing condition of the vehicle, the nature of the incident requiring service, or conditions beyond our reasonable control such as weather, road conditions, or acts of third parties.

You agree to remain a safe distance from the vehicle and roadway during service operations. Warriors Towing LLC is not responsible for injuries sustained by customers or bystanders who fail to follow safety instructions provided by our technicians.

You may cancel a service request at any time prior to the arrival of our service vehicle at no charge. If you cancel after our driver has arrived on scene, a trip/dry-run fee may be charged to cover the cost of dispatch and travel.

Warriors Towing LLC reserves the right to cancel a service request if conditions at the scene are deemed unsafe for our personnel or equipment, or if the information provided at the time of dispatch was materially inaccurate.

If a vehicle is left unattended at a service location or storage facility without prior arrangement, it may be subject to storage fees beginning 24 hours after service is rendered. Daily storage rates will apply and must be paid in full before the vehicle is released.

Vehicles not claimed within the time period specified by Georgia law may be subject to a lien sale in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 44-14-411 et seq. Warriors Towing LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered owner before initiating any lien proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Warriors Towing LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warriors Towing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
